2025 ANNUAL MEETING REGISTRATION

Boston & Hybrid: November 19-22

ASOR’s 2025 Annual Meeting will take place November 19-22 at the Hilton Boston Park Plaza and online.

All sessions and workshops will be able to include both in-person presentations in Boston and virtual presentations online via Zoom.

Annual Meeting registration rates include both the in-person and hybrid options with the exception of the “Virtual-Only” registration option. In-person registration includes access to the plenary address, the exhibit hall, and all sessions and workshops, as well as receptions and special events, unless otherwise noted.


Scholarships available: Thanks to donations from ASOR’s generous members, current 17³Ô¹Ïmembers with a need may request a 25%, 50%, or full scholarship for annual meeting registration. E-mail programs@asor.org with requests and a brief explanation before you purchase registration for the meeting. We will strive to meet all requests from members, with a preference towards those who have not received a scholarship in the past two years. We will do our best to meet requests from non-members and past scholarship recipients.

Undergraduate student rates available: If you are an undergraduate student member who is NOT presenting at the meeting but would still like to attend, we offer a discounted rate of $50. E-mail info@asor.org with requests to purchase discounted undergraduate student registration for the meeting.

Refund Policy

All refunds must be requested in writing to programs@asor.org by September 15, 2025. An administrative fee will be assessed on a sliding scale for Sustaining and Academic registrations ($50) and reduced or waived for Early Career, Graduate, and Undergraduate registrations. You may also request a credit to your 17³Ô¹Ïaccount in lieu of a refund to have the administrative fee waived. 17³Ô¹Ïwill process refund requests as promptly as we can. Refunds may be processed after the meeting and will be issued by February 14, 2026.

Program Cancellations: Those who have an accepted presentation on the program and are no longer participating must also email meetings@asor.org to have their presentation removed from the program.
